Police: Meth Lab Busted in Wilson

Easton police say they uncovered a meth lab in Wilson Friday morning.

According to police, the raid at 6 a.m. at 120 N. 15th St. came after several weeks of investigation of meth trafficking in Easton. 

Inside the building, police found 12 people, four of them children, as well as equipment used for making methamphetamine. The state police Clandestine Laboratory Team came to process the scene.

Four people were charged following the raid:

• Ferdinand Incay, 47, and Thomas Stocker, 30, both of 120 N. 15th St., charged with manufacturing of a controlled substance, running a meth lab, conspiracy and other charges.
• Tarick Badger, 18, charged with possession of marijuana.
• Lindsey Whitney, arrested on a Northampton County bench warrant.

Incay and Stocker were arraigned Friday afternoon before District Judge Richard Yetter, who set their bail at $100,000.

Stocker seemed concerned about the charges against him -- all of which could land him in jail for 10 or 15 years if convicted. He spoke up several times before and during the araignment.

"Do both of us have to be charged with this?" he asked one of the detectives.

"Yeah," the detective said.

When the judge came in, Stocker asked what the usual sentence was for the charges against him.

"You're asking me to give out something that flirts with legal advice," Yetter told him.

"It really wasn't as bad as they're making it seem," Stocker said.

Later, he told the judge he was concerned because he has five children, and two more on the way, and referred to how he "messed up."

"Let's not talk about the incident, and you 'messing up,'" Yetter told him. "You're innocent until proven guilty."
