5 Places to Watch Super Bowl XLVII in Easton

The Baltimore Ravens face off against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, Feb. 3.

This Sunday, the Baltimore Ravens will take on the San Francisco 49ers for Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans. But chances are, you won't be taking a trip down south to see the game in person. And maybe you don't feel like hosting a big party. Here's another option: Go out to watch the game.  Here's a look at some great local options for places to catch the Super Bowl this Sunday. You can head over to the fairly-new-in-town Rivals Sports Bar, whose pre-game festivities begin at noon.  If that's not your cup-of-tea, head next door to Mother's at kick-off time, or around the corner to Drinky's, or Wilson's The Pickled Egg to all of which are holding Super Bowl parties. And finally, we admit that Dubs on 5th in West Easton hasn't been on our …

The Red Bull Buttercup, a snowboarding competition, will begin Saturday in Centre Square.

It's called the Red Bull Butter Cup, part of a series of competitions the energy drink company is sponsoring around the country.
