Miss Fisher could care less if you have food to feed your children or that you lost your medical coverage because of her neglect. I've personally went without food, needed medication for my diabetes and other medical conditions and had to cancel doctor appointments because nobody is there to assist people that are less fortunate. This place would be better staffed by volunteers that care about people over a paycheck!

This place calls itself a professional government building, it is unbelivable how you call and all you get is a voicemail and they could careless about you, they just look forward to their pay checks. I'm very unsatisfied with everything !!

Just wanted to say that I cannot believe how rude some people can be - especially people who's job it is to help you? After waiting 20 minutes I am finally put on the phone with an extremely rude man who did not bother to help me at all. All I wanted was to speak to my caseworker about 2 documents she still needed from me and I tried to explain my situation to this man, who just completely cut me off and told me that she would call back if she needed anything and then said "ok? Bye." And hung up on me before I could even speak. And before that, he told me that there wasn't any way for him to transfer me to who I needed because he didn't know. I'd like to know why I am even calling this number then if I am not going to be helped.. Ridiculous.

It is impossible to even get to speak to your own caseworker. No one there really cares, or tries to help. I have been trying to call for over a month and have left numerous messages, and still no call backs or letters regarding my problem. I wish I could get a nice paying job with benefits and not have to actually do my job or suffer any repercussions for not handling all of my duties, responsibilities and clients. I myself am a single mother who works full time and goes to school fulltime and am not looking for any handouts just some assistance and a returned phone call.

Every time I try to call to speak with someone, I get put through to a voice mailbox that is full and am unable to even leave a message! Very frustrating!
