I haven't been there for the nightlife, karaoke or fun things they have going on there but I've been there once for lunch and once for dinner. It's, well.... alright. It's got a nice interior, sort of a lounge lizard kind of feel but the food is diner fare. Burgers, fries, steak sandwiches. Nothing incredible going on there, I'd say.

We tried this a few times and, though we were anxious to see Larry make some good choices for the new place - won't be going back. The food is classic bar food - and mediocre at that. The wings are small, the major portion of the menu is all fried foods, and the presentation is: chez dollar-store-picnic-plate. But, my biggest complaint is with staff. With the exception of a good bartender (who, mainly because she was so responsive and knowledgeable, seemed oddly out of place), the staff is unprofessional, rough, and - hate to say it - but, what you would expect from a southside staffing dorp. The last time I was in, I was witness to a ridiculous sideshow with some woman trying to "beat up" the good bartender for - god knows what - but, from what I could tell - because Larry made a staffing decision for the night that didn't make her happy. (I found out later, it was b/c Larry wanted to send the younger bartender home; and lo and behold...it was her son - big surprise.)
It totally turned me off. If this is the adult crowd, I certainly don't want to hang with the younger crowd on a weekend night.
Poor food, poor staff, poor management.
p.s. recently discovered the classy bartender is gone, which kills the last incentive.
