Peace Candle, Shop Local Saturday This Weekend

A look at what's happening this weekend in Easton.

Hello everyone. If you work for a place that lets its workers take off Thursday and Friday, then congratulations, it's the weekend!

If you work for a retailer, or, say, a hospital, you might be in for a rough two days.

No matter what your schedule, there's a lot to do in Easton this week from Friday night on, starting with the annual Peace Candle lighting.

The candle itself gets lit at 8 p.m. in Centre Square, but all of downtown Easton will be busy from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

More than 30 downtown businesses will be holding open houses. There'll be live music, ice sculpting, a Santa parade, and more. Be sure to check out our complete schedule.
