Live at Riverside, Music Video Shoot This Weekend

A look at what's happening this weekend in Easton.

Hello everyone. The weekend is upon us, so let's take a look at some of the things happening around Easton over the next few days.

1. The Large Flowerheads bring their '60s and '70s rock show to Riverside Park Saturday evening from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

2. Mothers Bar and Grille holds its end of summer party Friday night, with Ruan G and E Dott shooting a music video for "In the Place" at 10 p.m.

3. Artist and animator Cottie Kilbanks will offer free lessons on drawing cartoon and anime characters Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Nurture Nature Center. The class is for kids, although it's recommended their parents attend.

4. La Pazza Bar holds its "Family Out Night" Friday from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., "with the intent purpose of bringing our Easton/P-burg LGBT neighbors together."

5. Mike Mettalia and Midnight Shift perform at the Easton Main Street Initiative's Live in the Square concerts, Friday at 7:30 p.m. in Centre Square. 

6. The Game Gallery hosts its "Smash It Like You Mean It" game tournament Saturday at 1 p.m. Visit their Facebook page for more info.

7. The Third Street Alliance holds one of its "Dancing on the Odds" nights Friday. Learn/dance to ballroom, swing and Latin music from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
