Easton School Board Member Bob Arnts Resigns
Bob Arnts, elected last year, steps down from Easton School Board for health reasons.
After less than a year in office, Easton Area School Board member has stepped down.
Arnts resigned for health reasons, said board President Robert Fehnel. The school board voted to accept his resignation Tuesday night.
"I apologize for the inconveniece and wish you the best of luck," Arnts, a former teacher from Palmer Township, said in a letter to the district dated May 8.

The board is looking for someone to fill Arnts' term, which expires at the end of 2013. The candidate must be from Region 1, which is Palmer. Applicants can send letters of interest to:
