Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Launches Technology Specialist Program in the Lehigh Valley

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® recently launched a new initiative to facilitate guidance in learning and using company technology. The Technology Specialist program is designed to help new and veteran Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach sales associates understand and use current technology to efficiently and effectively serve their clients.  “Technology in the real estate industry is constantly evolving, so it is vital that our company stays up to date with the latest developments,” explains Chuck Yeager, Director of Technology Training. “The technology specialists will offer the necessary help to ensure that all of our sales associates understand the new technologies being offered.”

Each office will have a designated technology specialist. Those chosen to be a technology specialist were selected by their office manager for their real estate experience, working knowledge of the company’s systems and technologies, good organizational skills, enthusiasm for the company and for the real estate industry, and the desire and availability to share their knowledge and experience.  In this role, technology specialists will schedule and provide training for sales associates to better understand the company’s technologies.

On November 11, 2013, Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, the Delaware Valley’s market leader, became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®. These two legendary companies have joined forces to begin a new era in real estate.  Now the nation’s second largest provider of total home services, the company has 4,000 Sales Associates in 65 sales offices throughout the Tri-State area. Through its affiliate, the Trident Group, the company provides one-stop shopping and facilitated services to its clients including mortgage financing, and title, property and casualty insurance.
