Take Our Poll: Should Animals Be Allowed at Public Events?

Anyone who's a regular visitor to the Easton Farmer's Market will tell you dogs have a pretty regular presence there.

But it's possible that could change. The Express Times tells us city council's public safety committee is looking at an ordinance that would ban animals from outdoor events.

Granted, the ordinance would give the city the discretion to enforce the ban on a case-by-case basis.

And before the meeting -- scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday on the sixth floor of city hall -- we thought we'd let readers weigh in, which is why we're introducing our new polls.
