Take Our Poll: Should Animals Be Allowed at Public Events?

City council's public safety committee will look at this issue Tuesday night.

Anyone who's a regular visitor to the Easton Farmer's Market will tell you dogs have a pretty regular presence there.

But it's possible that could change. The Express Times tells us city council's public safety committee is looking at an ordinance that would ban animals from outdoor events.

Granted, the ordinance would give the city the discretion to enforce the ban on a case-by-case basis.
