Facebook page says group plans to meet Sunday in Scott Park

The "Occupy Wall Street" movement appears to have made its way to Easton.

An Occupy Easton Facebook group sprang up Thursday night, with 32 members as of Saturday; members are holding a meeting to plan activities Sunday at 1 p.m. in Scott Park.

A similar group, Occupy Allentown, has been demonstrating all week in that city's downtown. has prompted a lot of discussion from people on the left and right of the political spectrum.
