Holden, Cartwright to Open Easton Campaign Offices

The two men running to be Easton's new congressman will open their offices in the next few days.

The two men running to represent Easton and much of the rest of Northampton County in Congress are opening campaign offices in the city.

will hold a grand opening for his new campaign office at 431 Northampton St. on Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

"We are eager to work with the community to build a strong organization for Congressman Holden's campaign," said Eric Nagy, Holden's campaign manager.

, the Lackawanna County attorney challenging Holden, will open his Easton campaign office -- at 355 Ferry St. -- Monday at 5:30 p.m. 

into the 17th district, represented by Holden, who is based in Schuylkill County. Cartwright is challenging Holden in the April 24 Pennsylvania primary.

"We have already started to build a strong organization throughout the district and this will be the first of four campaign offices to open in the 17th District," Cartwright said in a news release.
