How powerful was Hurricane Sandy?
Strong enough to make Halloween late, and alter Easton's budget process.
With much of Easton either cleaning up from the storm or without electricity because of it, the city has moved its trick-or-treat night to Saturday, Nov. 3 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The city's Halloween parade will take place Sunday at 3 p.m. It too was rescheduled because of the storm.
Mayor Sal Panto also announced that a budget hearing scheduled for this evening will now take place Tuesday, November 13 at 6 p.m. at city hall.
