It happened at a school bus stop at 14th and Ferry streets in the city at a little before 3:30 p.m., Vrabel wrote.

The victim and the bus driver both told police that Brown got on the bus, forced her way to the back and, with her right hand, delivered a punch in the right eye to the boy, the affidavit said. The victim said he knew his assailant, as she had been a friend of his mother, the complaint said.
