The Morning Call says a witness testified Jeter went to 1434 Butler St. to deliver drugs before he was shot. At the hearing's conclusion, District Judge Richard Yetter ruled there was enough evidence for the case to proceed to Northampton County Court.

City police had charged Adams, 20, with criminal homicide in Jeter's death soon after it happened and issued a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested at his mother's home in Brooklyn on Halloween.
