Wilson Teen Mugged For Cigarettes, Police Say
Police in Wilson say an 18-year-old was attacked and robbed by four men Monday afternoon.
Wilson police are looking for a group of men who attacked and robbed a borough teenager Monday afternoon.
Police say the 18-year-old was walking along the 1900 block of Washington Boulevard around 12:30 p.m. when he was approached by five men.
According to police, four of the men attacked the teen, causing facial injuries.
The men fled with a carton of cigarettes the boy was carrying.
Police had no description for the men beyond saying they were black. The teen declined medical treatment. Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Christian Meehan at 610-258-8542.
