West Easton Man Cited for Indecent Exposure
Police say James Polson watched woman shower.
A West Easton man was cited early this morning for indecent exposure.
According to the Express-Times, James Folsom, 42, of the 100 block of Ninth Street, was peeking through a neighbor's window, masturbating as he watched her shower.
Folsom is charged with indecent exposure along with prowling and loitering. He was cited and released.
