Richard Haeseker, 54, refused to get dressed or “cooperate in any way” when he was told that he was “cleared for discharge and had no medical issues” to prevent him from leaving the hospital, police said.

Court records show that Haeseker has a home address in North Abington in Lackawanna County, but the affidavit of probable cause said he has “no valid or current address.”
