Three People Shocked At Wilson Carnival

News reports say victims hospitalized; injuries didn't appear to be life threatening.

Three people, one of them a Wilson police officer, received electric shocks Thursday night at a carnival at the borough's park, according to news reports.

Two of the workers at the annual Lions Fair at Meuser Park were shocked after touching a carnival booth. Wilson Police Officer Dan Dieter was also shocked, police Chief Steven Parkansky told the Morning Call. 

All three people were hospitalized, but police say their injuries did not appear to be life threatening.
