Teenager Charged in South Side Robbery

Police still looking for second robber from South Side incident.

Easton police have filed robbery charges against a 16-year-old accused of helping rob a woman on the city's South Side last week.

The teenager and another man allegedly held up a woman on the 400 block of Davis Street early Saturday, taking a cell phone.

Inspector Daniel Reagan said police are still looking for the other robber.

"This investigation is still very active," Reagan said in a news release. "We will continue to aggressively pursue leads and attempt to positively identify his accomplice.  I am very confident that we will identify that perpetrator and get him off the streets too."

Anyone with information is asked to call Reagan at 610-250-6796 or the police tip-line, 610-250-6635.
