Shots Fired on Jefferson Street

Easton police find gunfire evidence after report of shots on Jefferson Street Friday night.

Easton police responded to a report of gunshots Friday night on Jefferson Street, but no victim or suspect was found.

A report issued Saturday morning by Inspector Daniel J. Reagan stated that police responded to the area of 88 Jefferson St. at 11 p.m. Friday for a report of gunfire.

Police determined from investigating the scene that gunfire was evident and evidence was collected, the report states. But no victim or suspect was found.
