An article in The Express-Times of Easton provides the following information on the stalking case:

--The victim allegedly was Wilkins’ former girlfriend of eight years. He is the father of her child. The charges were based on incidents on Feb. 16 and July 18 at the woman’s SouthSide Bethlehem home.

--The pair had been apart about a year when the Feb. 16 incident occurred. Wilkins and the woman were arguing about a ring when he shoved her to the ground. She tried to call police but he knocked the phone away and fled, shattering a living room window on the way out.

--The woman said Wilkins came to her home on numerous occasions and hid until she came home and then he would harass her.

--In the July 18 incident, they were fighting about text messages when he threw her to the ground and tossed a phone away from her. He kicked her while she was on the ground. She injured her arm and finger trying to shield herself.

Court records on the undercover buy allegedly involving Wilkins say  on the afternoon of April 1, 2010 used a “cooperating source” to buy cocaine from Wilkins. The records do not specify the amount of cocaine or the dollar amount of the purchase.

Police watched as Wilkins entered the source’s car near Wilkins’ Canal Street home, interacted briefly with the source and got out of the car. The source later delivered to police a quantity of cocaine he allegedly bought from Wilkins, the records say.

The records also provide another address for Wilkins – the 1200 block ofWashington Street in Allentown. They also say that Wilkins is wanted in New Jersey for heroin possession.

For the undercover buy, Wilkins is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility. He was arraigned by on-duty District Judge Robert Hawke of Lehigh Township and returned to .
