Police: Easton Man Led Chase on Stolen Cycle

Ronaldo Alvarez of Easton accused of leading Slate Belt cops on 75mph chase.

Police in Bangor say an Easton man led officers on a high speed chase while riding a stolen motorcycle.

According to court records, Ronaldo Alvarez ran from police after side-swiping a car in Bangor last Thursday.

He was pursued by several different departments along Route 191, at speeds reaching 75mph, police said.

The chase ended when Alvarez, 23, of the 800 block of Pine Street, crashed the motorcycle in Washington Township. 

Alvarez was arraigned before in Wilson, and sent to in lieu of $75,000 bail.
