A New Jersey traffic stop found three Easton people allegedly carrying six different drugs.

Three people from Easton were in possession of six different kinds of drugs during a traffic stop Sunday in New Jersey, according to police.

The Hunterdon County Democrat reports that a car driven by Easton resident Christopher Atinello was stopped on Route 31 NJ early Sunday morning for speeding, having a broken brake light, and failing to stay in his lane.

In the car with Antinello were Jeremy Heckman, 36, and Elizabeth Atinello, 50, both from Easton.

Police say a patrolman noticed signs the three were in possession of drugs, and discovered that Christopher Atinello was holding crystal meth, while Heckman had with him crack cocaine, crystal meth, heroin, Vicodin, marijuana and Methadone, as well as drug parapernalia.

Elizabeth Atinello was also in possession of Vicodin, police said, although she claimed she had a prescription. She was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance not in its original container but later released. Christopher Atinello and Heckman were sent to Hunterdon County Jail on numerous drug charges.
