Neston Heights Shooting Victim Heads to Trial

A man who was shot in Neston Heights earlier this year is going to trial for assault.

Earlier this year, Cedric Boswell was one of two men development.

Now, he's found himself in trouble with the police for an incident that allegedly happened before the shooting on March 25.

According to the Express-Times, Boswell, 39, and a resident of Neston Heights, is headed to trial on assault and terroristic threat charges following a preliminary hearing Wednesday before .

Prosecutors say Boswell punched fellow victim Tyrone Andrews and threatened him with a knife. Police have not said what led to the shooting, although Mayor Sal Panto has said it was sparked by an . The suspected shooter, Dashawn Cosme, is still at large.
