Easton police charge 14th Street man with selling heroin.

Easton police say neighbor complaints about "a high level of drug activity" on S. 14th Street led to a raid Tuesday morning.

Police served a search warrant at 16 S. 14th St. around 6 a.m., taking two people in the building into custody, according to Lt. Matthew Gerould.

Esteban Candelario, 20, was the target of the investigation and is charged with delivery of heroin, police said.
