Home Invasion Reported on Easton's South Side
Three armed men robbed an apartment on Canal Street in Easton Sunday, according to scanner reports.
Three men armed with guns robbed the occupants of an apartment on
Canal Street in Easton's South Side early Sunday evening, scanner reports indicate.
Reported at about 6:10 p.m., multiple units had responded to the area and were looking for a dark blue 2005 BMW 325i, which was also stolen in the home invasion, along with the three men, all black and dressed in black, radio reports said. One of the men may have the street name "Sleepy."
A man was reportedly hit in the head and bleeding in the home invasion. An ambulance was called, but scanner chatter indicated he was conscious.
Police across Northampton County, and also Allentown police, have been
notified and are also looking for the vehicle and three men, scanner
reports indicate.
