Easton Police Find Drugs During Gunfire Case

Police discovered evidence of marijuana sales at scene of South Side investigation.

Easton police say investigators discovered evidence of marijuana sales when responding to on the South Side Monday.

According to the Express-Times, police searched 337 W. Berwick St. after the call came in, and found marijuana, a scale, and packaging material. The report says police are looking for links between the house and the gun shots.

The shooting happened around 3 a.m. No injuries were reported, and police discovered no property damage. Investigators found evidence that the suspect had fired six shots.

Police are looking for a man who had been seen in the area before the shooting. He's black, 6-foot-1, thin, and was wearing dark pants and a white T-shirt.
