Easton Police Charge Two in Robbery Attempt

Man was injured Wednesday in apparent robbery attempt on Easton's South Side.

Two men will be charged via summons for their roles in an apparent attempted hold up Wednesday on Easton's South Side.

The Express-Times reports that Easton resident Kajuan Knox, 19, and 21-year-old Clifton White of Newark, are being charged with criminal tresspass and disorderly conduct.

The men were spotted running from the scene of an attempted robbery at Nesquehoning and Davis streets late Wednesday afternoon. It's not clear what their role was in the robbery attempt. Police say investigators are still trying to put together a cohesive narrative of what happened.
