Easton Man Stabbed Boyfriend, Police Say

Jameek Edmond facing assault charges after Ferry Street stabbing.

Easton police have filed felony assault charges against a city man accused of stabbing his boyfriend in the leg Saturday.

Police issued an arrest warrant Saturday afternoon for Jameek Edmond, 27, of the 500 block of Ferry Street.

According to court records, police were called to Edmond's apartment around 1:54 Saturday afternoon for a domestic dispute. 

There, they found a man who said Edmond, his boyfriend, had stabbed him in the lower leg. Police also found a knife with a bent blade and a bloody handle.

Edmond is charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and drug possession.
