Easton Duo Stabs Man in Scranton, Police Say

Man and woman from Easton accused of attacking man during argument over a cell phone.

A man and a woman from Easton are accused of stabbing a man in the city of Scranton Tuesday after an argument over a cell phone.

According to the Scranton-Times Tribune, Crystal Nicole DeRohn held down Joshua Langston while Michael Brown stabbed him with a folding knife and a pair of scissors.

The newspaper says the alleged attack happened after Langston took another woman's phone. 

Court records show Brown, 38, was charged with simple assault, conspiracy to commit simple assault, reckless endangerment and terroristic threats. He was sent to Lackawanna County Prison after failing to post $10,000 bail.

DeRohn, 27, was charged with reckless endangerment, terroristic threats and conspiracy to commit simple assault. She was also sent to prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.
