Drug Raid Finds Robbery Suspect

Easton police raided a building on Spruce Street Wednesday and found a man they say is a suspect in a robbery.

A drug raid Wednesday night in Easton's West Ward led city police to a man they say is a suspect in a robbery.

The raid happened just before 7 p.m., when city police and members of the Northampton County Drug Task Force served a search warrant on 1227 Spruce St.

Police said the search was prompted by complaints by neighbors. An investigation determined drug dealers had taken the property over from an elderly tenant.
