Coroner: Lafayette Student Died From Ethanol

Freshman Everett Glenn was found unresponsive in his dorm in May.

A Lafayette College freshman earlier this year died from acute ethanol intoxication, the Northampton County coroner has ruled.

Coroner Zach Lysek said Everett Glenn's death was accidental, according to an Associated Press report.

Glenn, 19, was found unresponsive in his dorm at the Kirby House residence hall in early May. At the time, his mother said Glenn died from drinking.
