Case Against House Shooter Headed to Court

An Easton man is headed to trial for allegedly shooting at his neighbor's house.

for firing several shots at the home of one of his Ferry Street neighbors.

On Wednesday, that neighbor testfied he saw Gray, 21, of 1016 Ferry St., hiding something in the bushes in his yard just after the shooting on April 17, according to the Morning Call.

After the testimony, ruled there was enough evidence to take the case against Gray to trial. 

Gray is in , charged with shooting into an occupied structure, reckless endangerment, and unlawful gun possession.

His arrest in April came in the midst of a number of violent crimes in the city, including the death of in a shooting that remains under investigation by a county grand jury.
