Bloods Members Ran Heroin Ring, Police Say

Three men charged following early Friday drug raid in the West Ward.

Easton police say four suspected gang members were arrested Friday morning in a drug raid that focused on heroin dealing in the West Ward.

Police raided 218 N. 8th St. before the sun came up Friday, and took four men into custody.

Inside the home, police found $1,700 of heroin and more than $6,000 in cash, heroin packaging, distribution and manufacturing materials, Bloods gang paraphernalia and a .38 caliber handgun with its serial number obliterated.

Police identified the men as:

  • Anthony Thomas, 24, and a "confirmed Bloods member," is charged with possession of heroin with the intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy, possession of a handgun with an obliterated manufacturer's warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia. He is also being charged with owning a handgun despite his felony record. Police also had an existing warrant for Thomas for delivery of heroin.
  • Andrey Deloach, 22, is charged with possession of heroin with the intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Nicholas Alleyne, who turns 22 this month, is charged with possession of heroin with the intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Danny Manning, 25, is charged with possession of heroin with the intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Easton police also assisted in separate raid Friday morning on Jonathan Drive in Palmer Township, in which several people were arrested.
