7 People Displaced by Row Home Fire in Easton

The Red Cross is assisting a family of seven driven from the Wilkes-Barre Street row home in Easton early Saturday

Three Easton firefighters were hurt slightly fighting a row home blaze early Saturday at 358 Wilkes-Barre Street, according to a Lehigh Valley Live report.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

The American Red Cross of the Greater Lehigh Valley was called at 2:37 a.m. Saturday to respond to the fire that displaced a family of two adults and five children. The Red Cross provided lodging, meals, clothing, shoes, infant formula and supplies, and toiletry items to the family.

The fire also affected the adjoining row home at 356 Wilkes-Barre St., which was vacant.
