Evelyn R. Gold, of Forks Township, died Monday at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg. She was 84.
Evelyn R. Gold, 84 of Forks Township died Monday, Dec. 9, 2013 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg.
Born November 18, 1929 in Bangor, she was a daughter of the late Roger and Hattie (Tucker) Gist.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Forks Twp. and the Red Hat Society and Keenagers.

She is survived by a daughter: Kathy Belkey and her husband Larry of Easton; three sons: Dennis Gold and his wife Linda of Stockertown; Terry Gold and his wife Ruth of Bushkill Township; Bruce Gold of Greensboro, NC; 2 brothers: Roger Gist of Martins Creek; Michael Gist of Bangor; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Alvin L. Gold and siblings: Maitland Eure, Elwood, Jim and Leighton Gist.
A memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday in the church, 2012 Sullivan Trail, Easton. Interment will be private in Bushkill Center Cemetery, Nazareth. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling the arrangements.
