Barbara M. Wolbach, 83, Owned Wolbach's Electrolux

Barbara Wolbach, 83, of Easton, died last week at iberty Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Allentown.

Barbara M. Wolbach, 83, of Easton, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014 in Liberty Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Allentown.

Born June 15, 1930, in Florham Park, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Joseph W. and Iona E. Hull Oberholtzer.

She and her husband, John W. Wolbach, celebrated their 59th
anniversary on April 10, 2013.

Barbara was a 1948 graduate of Myerstown High School.

She and her husband owned and operated the former Wolbach’s Electrolux.

Barbara was an active member of the Phillipsburg Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

In addition to her husband, John, she is survived by a son, Benjamin A. and 
his wife Dorothea, of Allentown; a daughter, Beverly A. Harrington and her husband Clayton, of Quarryville, PA; a brother, Joseph S. Oberholtzer and his wife Erma, of Bath; and three grandsons, Shawn, Travis and Michael Harrington. She was predeceased by a brother, Robert L. Oberholtzer.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm Saturday in Kingdom Hall of 
Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2603 Belvidere Road, Phillipsburg, NJ. Arrangements are by the Strunk Funeral Home, Easton. Offer on-line condolences at www.strunkfh.com.
