Community Update

Something fishy is going on here. I am qualified to receive benefits; however, because my case "fell thru the cracks" per their supervisor, I haven't been receiving benefits for months. They never call you for their phone interview that THEY set up and they never return their calls. I was personally assured by their supervisor that their "clerical" issue would be fixed and that my benefits would start up ASAP....a week later, still nothing. What an incompetent, useless bunch of people I have ever dealt with!!!
