Senior Pastor Phillip Davis of Greater Shiloh Church, members of the Outreach Ministry, and a number of volunteers are heading to Far Rockaway, NY on Monday, November 12 to assist with clean up efforts under way in the aftermath of the storm that devastated much of the East coast on October 29-30.

"Jesus commands us to love our neighbors.  That is what we are doing by taking a contingent of volunteers to show the love of Christ to those who are working to put their lives back together,” said Pastor Davis during a recent interview.  “Real love gives to those who are less fortunate.”

The church is asking for donations of blankets, food, and bottled water to give to those in need.  The team plans to meet in the church parking lot early Monday morning and return by 9:00PM that evening.

For more details, please call the church office at (610) 252-5640, or, e-mail Minister Michalle Bright at queenmichalle@msn.com.
