ACS Relay For Life Easton

The Relay For Life of Easton will host the January celebration and planning meeting on Monday, January 21, 2013, from 7:00-8:00pm at Kroner Auditorium in Easton Hospital. The meeting is open to the public and anyone interested in joining or starting a team is encouraged to attend.

The Relay itself will take place June 14-13, 2012, from noon to noon at Metzgar Field at Lafayette College in Easton. The 2013 Relay will be the 11th year for the Easton Relay.

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life is a family friendly event that gives everyone in the community a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. Each team is asked to have a representative walking on the track at all times during the event. Because cancer never sleeps, the Relay is overnight, 24 hours in length. Individual team members however, may stay as little or as much as their time permits. Festivities in tents around the track include food, games, basket raffles, and much more.
