Good morning everyone. I'm headed west later today to record a segment for our weekly radio show, which airs Friday at noon on WXLV's station at LCCC. I'll be talking about for blighted properties. 

Here are five things to know today:

1. Safe Harbor will announce its plans to remain open this afternoon at a news conference at the shelter on Bushkill Drive. have put Safe Harbor in danger of closing recently.
