What this week in Easton will look like.

Good morning everyone. It's March 28. This week marks the 30th anniversary of John Hinckley's attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan, and the 32nd anniversary of the Three Mile Island accident. On a brighter note, the Eiffel Tower opened this week in 1889. Enough looking backwards: here's what's happening now.

1.  Lafayette College hosts Gregory Ip, journalist for the Economist, who'll talk about "The outlook for the U.S. economy and economic policy" on Thursday.

2. A busy week for high school sports: baseball, softball, soccer and volleyball, plus the awards banquet for winter sports

3. The jury deciding will be included in the Art of Urban Environments festival is expected to make its decision sometime this week.
