5 Things to Do in Easton This Weekend

Jazz at Lafayette, the School of Rock channels Ozzy, and more...

Good morning everyone. It's Friday, and that means it's time to look ahead at some of this weekend's events.

1. Students from Easton's School of Rock will present the music of Ozzy Osbourne and Ronnie James Dio and again Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Third Street Alliance.

2. Two shows this weekend at : Time Relapse tonight, and Soofy & The Walrus on Saturday. Both shows start at 10 p.m., and are closed to anyone under 18.

3. Want to learn the history of Greater Shiloh Church? Head to the Museum Saturday at 1 p.m.

4. Guitarist/vocalists Dan McCluskey and Dave Turner perform Saturday at 8 p.m. at ConneXions.

5. Lafayette College's Jazz Masters' series presents Stefon Harris' Ninety Miles Project. Vibrophonist Harris performs with Nicholas Payton on trumpet and saxophone player David Sanchez. Tonight at 8 at the Williams Center.

Also this Saturday at the farmers market Mary Todd Lincolin and a civil war renactment regiment who represents the 153 Pennsylvania volunteers will hold a ceromony to remember their recruitment right here in center square 150 years ago.

What about Forks Community Days in Easton. They usally have great fireworks.
