The sale will be held in the Catherine Drake Meeting Room. Sale goers should use the 5th Street entrance, lower level.

2. Holiday Cookie Craft

The South Side Branch is having a fun holiday activity at 10:30 am on Dec. 3. Children will decorate and share an assortment of festive holiday cookies. We'll have cookies, icing, and sprinkles plus bags to take cookies home. Bring an apron or wear old clothes. Program is for children ages 4 and up. Children under 9 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Limited seating so pre-registration is required by Monday, November 28. Call 610-258-3121 for more information.

3. Donate a Dozen Cookies for the Cookie Craft Program

Are you baking cookies next week? We need donations of cookies for children to decorate at the December 3 Cookie Craft Activity. Plain sugar cutouts are ideal, but other varieties are welcome. Donations should be brought to the Main Library by Friday, December 2. Please email Mary Ann at maryannh@eastonpl.org if interested.

4. Watch this month's foreign film "Little Sparrows"

Reviewers describe this Australian film as a celebration of life and a mother’s unconditional love. It's about three sisters who face the reality of their last Christmas together with their mother when her breast cancer returns. You can see it at the Main Library at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, December 14. For more information, visit our website www.eastonpl.org. All foreign movies shown at the Library are available for circulation after their public screening.

5. Borrow holiday-themed Library materials.
