The Pairings

Equi-librium has turned the former Lehigh Valley Brewfest into an upscale pairing event to be held 4-7 p.m. Nov. 6 at The Bank Street Annex in downtown Easton. Ten local chefs will pair wine and microbrewed beer with gourmet tastings, from hors d'oeuvres to desserts. Establishments participating include Vintage, Sette Luna, Wegmans, Pearly Bakers and more.
