Man's Body Found At South Side Cemetery
Police say man's body was discovered by people visiting a relative's grave.
Easton police and the Northhampton County coroner are investigating the discovery of a body Tuesday afternoon at St. Mary Magdalene Cemetery on the city's South Side.
Police say the man's body was discovered around 5 p.m. by people visiting a relative's grave. There were no apparent injuries, and nothing suspicious, police said.
Police had taped off part of the cemetery at St. John and Line streets, near the C-Town shopping center. One officer shooed away a group of people with small children, telling them their presence was inappropriate.
