Rhythm of the Dance Heading to State Theatre
Popular Irish step dance show goes on stage in Easton next month.
"A new era in Irish entertainment" comes to the State Theatre next month with the National Dance Company of Ireland's Rhythm of the Dance show.
Featuring 22 dancers, three tenors and a live band, the performance is one of the busiest and most popular Irish step dance shows in the world.
"Using modern art forms of dance and music, this richly costumed show marries the contemporary and the ancient," the theater said in a news release. "Combining traditional dance and music with the most up to date stage technology, the show is a thousand year old story executed with all the advantages of the modern day stage show."
