Montgomery Gentry to Play State Theatre

Award-winning country duo headed to first State Theatre show January 18.

The award-winning country music duo Montgomery Gentry's newest album is called Rebels on the Run.

Next month, that run will land them in Easton, when Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry play at the State Theatre for the first time.

The show is scheduled for Friday, January 18. Tickets are $70-75, and can be purchased at the theater box office,  by calling 1-800-999-STATE or 610-252-3132 or at www.statetheatre.org.

Montgomery Gentry signed its first record deal in 1999. Ten years and six albums later, the two became members of the Grand Ole Opry, one of country music's highest honors.

Their career includes five number one singles: "Something To Be Proud Of," "If You Ever Stop Loving Me," "Lucky Man," "Back When I Knew It All" and "Roll With Me."
