A Christmas Carol Coming to State Theatre

The Nebraska Theatre Caravan brings a musical version of Dickens' story to Easton.

The Nebraska Theatre Caravan will bring its version of A Christmas Carol to the State Theatre later this month.

The musical take on Charles Dickens' classic features traditional Christmas carols like "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen," "Away In a Manger" and "Here We Come A-Wassailing" mixed in the story of Scrooge and the three ghosts.

The Nebraska Theatre Caravan has been touring with this version of A Christmas Carol since 1979. Showtime in Easton is at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 13. 

Tickets are $45-$50 and can be purchased at the theater box office at 453 Northampton St., by calling 1-800-999-STATE, 610-252-3132 or online at www.statetheatre.org
