Start the New Year With a Hike
Delaware Canal State Park will sponsor a "First Day Hike" from Wy Hit Tuk Park Wednesday.
If getting more exercise is one of your New Year's resolutions, why not start 2014 with a hike along the Delaware Canal?
Delaware Canal State Park is sponsoring two free guided hikes Wednesday as part of America’s State Parks First Day Hikes initiative, including one that leaves from Wy Hit Tuk Park on Route 611 south of Easton.
The 2-4 mile hike leaves from 1 p.m. and is open to people of all ages and abilities. More information is available at http://tinyurl.com/delcanalcal.
